  1. I love your build videos. You got me away from buying things like Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc. Nothing beats building your own PC and I owe it all to you. I'm 46 and proof you can teach an old dog new tricks. I owe you so much for giving me the confidence and ability to build my own PC. Your channel is the best. I'll be making purchases next month and will use your links so you get something from it as a Thank You for all you do for us. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you do.

  2. I've recently turned my top fans to intake. Have an aio liquid cooler in front 280. I don't think there's much air flow after good through radiator. Plus trying to cut down on dust. House is dusty. I do have dust screen on top front bottom

  3. Hey there Mr. Techdeals.

I got the same AiO on a 1600X. If i put the Pump to 12V i got terrible Pumpnoise. It's like a interrupted flowing noise. Is this usual behavior? Or is there Air trapped in my AiO? if i set it to about 5.8 to 6V the noise is gone.

  4. that feeling when you press for first time power On is just magical.

  5. You know that your RIG may not power up even if you done everything in order. Sometimes it's just stupid luck and you'll have to reassemble the system once again so it would work. That's the reason I first put most parts together outside of the case and power it up just to make sure it works. But I suppose it's for more "advanced" users 😀

  6. the only maintenance an AIO needs is dusting out of the fans and the radiator, which should be done at least once a year. As well as reapplying thermal compound to the waterblock/cpu every 2-3 years.

  7. the only maintenance an AIO needs is dusting out of the fans and the radiator, which should be done at least once a year. As well as reapplying thermal compound to the waterblock/cpu every 2-3 years.

  8. When I built my first custom pc, I forgot the eight pin mobo cable and I freaked when it didn't boot! I felt so stupid when I finally figured it out haha Great video, I watched just to support the channel!

  9. I remember building my 7700k/1070 in the tt core x9.. took 3-4 hours getting the cooler right and all the nit picky stuff. I recommend everyone that is a enthusiast to build their own, at least once.. and nobody but you can take blame for how it looks. I want to replace the psu with a black cable version and.. you know a build is never done,

  10. Excellent instructional video, Mr. Tech Deal! This is my second build and I plan to follow this video as I build. For the record, the purpose of my build is for 4K editing with 4K video from a DJI Inspire 1 and a DJI Mavic Pro. Also, I am not doing a complete build, but simply replacing the mobo, CPU, cooler and RAM with the recommended components; the GPU I will use is a MSI Geforce GTX 1070, which I may upgrade to a 1080 TI if necessary and if New Egg will let me return/exchange my GPU. All existing components (power supply, ssd, hds, tower) meet the requirements of the components you recommend.

One question: Is there anything I need to do when I replace the mobo, such as delete any files related to the old mobo? I saw another video that suggested this so there are no conflicts with the new mobo. The board I am replacing is a MSI p55 gd 65. Thanks! Steve

  11. I have a build from 2016 with an i5-6500, 8gb of RAM, a B150M motherboard, a GTX 1060 6gb, a 1TB HDD and a 500gb SSD. Should I upgrade or even replace this system? I want to play games at max settings at 1080p60 and maybe 1080p120+ at the lowest settings required to run it at such framerates.

  12. You really make the best videos on the internet for this subject !

  13. To fix the ram clearance issue you could have turned the radiator around allowing the water pump tubes to come down on the opposite side

  14. Hey is the 8700k still a noticably better machine to run day to day tasks with compared to a 1800x @ 4ghz.

  15. Hi there! I’m fairly new to PC building, and I’m wondering what is the “right” amount of fans to have and how to install them right. Thanks in advance!

  16. My less "Cadillac" version from used free parts with very Little stuff bought Before (Microsoft Edge is shit.)
    * i7 8700K, 3360 SEK
    * Corsair Vengeance RGB 3466 MHz CL 16, 2099 SEK
    * ASUS Z370-F Strix, 1499 SEK
.. old WD Green 3 GB & Samsung EVO 850 250 GB and EVGA G2 750 currently in Chieftec Dragon case from 15 years ago, all bought.
HD 6950 2 GB which I got for free Before together with two AM2+ boards, AMD Phenom X4 9850 and Athlon X2 6400+ and 6 2 GB DDR2 sticks at 800 and 1066 MHz.

Why is Edge so fucking retarded it Think Little and Before in the middle of sentences should have a large starting letter?

  17. Please make some videos on how to make a budget pc $500 – $700. Thanks

  18. It's nice to see a build video for the average builder. You don't have a lot of bling sponsored builds, with the most expensive parts. Great Job!

  19. Got all my new parts now, going to watch this while I build it. Only thing this series lacks is setting up windows with unusual parts such as the nvme ssd drive.

  20. My first build did not turn on. Then I realized I didn’t flip the power supply switch LOL. I felt like such a noob.

  21. I have recently purchased a 8700k and debated buying the 7820x. Once both computer are up and running I think it would cool to see a comparison between both workstation and streaming computers.

  22. You inspired me to build my first PC. I'm just waiting for my 1080 ti gaming x to arrive. Thank you so much for doing this!

  23. My MSI 1080 Ti DUKE arrived today to complete my build. It is running nicely to say the least. No problems in the build and I was sure to have this video playing on my laptop while I did the build. There were some key clarifications along the way that answered questions that arose.
I just finished running an operation in Battlefield 1 on ultra detail at 1440p resolution and the temperature of the i7-8700k overclocked to 5.0 mHz using the preset in the BIOS stayed right around 50 C. What a fun ride!
Thanks again for the very helpful series.

  24. thanks for your videos. step by step help me build my 1st computer which was a 900 dollar computer

  25. Sir, I am from India, I already own a gaming rig with 6700k 16gb trident z 3200mhz MSI Gtx 960 1tb WD black and 850 evo 250ssd. I play on 1200p dell ultrasharp. I am planning to give that to my little brother with a GPU upgrade and buy a grand gaming pc for myself to game at 1440p 144fps. Can u suggest a build that could last me more than 5 years and the GPU upgrade for the existing pc?

  26. I love your videos, but it sucks for me because i'm not old enough to get a job and my parents can't afford it. Will there be future giveaways on your channel that I could be involved in? Is there anyone with spare parts that they don't use and wouldn't mind giving away? I'm new to this pc thing and i'm 13 and just started like a week ago, so if I sound dumb, i'm sorry.

  27. RE: Removing thermal paste – did you simply wipe it off with paper towel?

Great series of videos (as usual). Well thought out and presented. Thank you!!

  28. I have to go with Asus ROG GeForce GTX 1080Ti. Unfortunately, I don't have MSI's one. Can I go with Asus's because there is no MSI in Germany. I wanted to ask will it fit in there? Thank you!

  29. The serial ata cabel you are using for the ssds are the one that came with the psu? and is it pluged into the motherboard or the psu?

  30. Will yo do an overclocking video with air and liquid cooler on this rig ? Btw your video gave me confidence to build my computer myself, thanks a lot mr tech deals !

  31. How good is the ML240L paired with the 8700K? Is it enough for a 5GHz overclock?

  32. Just ran into your videos and got really interested in building the Cadillac build. I'm learning a lot as I'm watching your videos everyday. Got a quick question, what operation system do you recommend for mostly gaming and and watching movies/tv shows?? Thanks for all your great content.

  33. can u do a video on instaling everything u need from windows to drives so i can complet the build all the way thru with you plz ty pretty much help me from build being finished to getting it ready to instal a game and go 😉

  34. Can u fit the gtx ti trio in this case and will a good big fan fit this cpu on this exact build if u swamped the water cooler out plz and thank u love all the help brother

  35. thanks for this and other build series you've done. I've learned a LOT, even though I'm on my 4th or 5th build. Keep up the good work. When will the Windows installation and overclocking video be released?

  36. can i use "Corsair Hydro Series High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H60" cooler for i7 8700k or i5 8600k?

  37. Do you think a 600W Power supply is enough as well? Im thinking about buying the upcoming gtx 2080 (or however it will be called) and pair it with the i7 8700k, will 600w be enough even for overclocking?

  38. I was look to get $2000 gaming pc that you show and can i stream and play video games and have other stuff in the background can you help me please

  39. Are do i have to add more ram to the gaming pc to stream and have stuff in the background and playing video games

  40. After all the parts going in and out of stock, I finally got the build. Buttttt I got the Asus ROG strix 1080ti OC.

  41. nice vid!! I have only 1 question. That motherboard, is compatible with MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti DirectX 12 GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GAMING X 11G 11GB 352-Bit GDDR5X PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card??? Pls i would aprecciate a lot a response.

  42. Hey just out of curiosity, why do you install your RAM so late during the build? I feel like it would have illuminated some of your clearance issues earlier.

  43. Would the 1080 ti gaming x trio fit into the case without any problems?

  44. Where's the performance benchmarks and over clock tutorial for this build?

  45. Are you going to do a vid on the bios setting and over clocking. I have just done the same build and I’m so pleased with it. More is good.
