Grand Theft Auto V / 5 PC benchmark test on dual core processor from 2008 with 4 GB of system memory.
Custom (optimal) game graphics settings, 1920×1080, 2x MSAA + FXAA
Frame-rate locked to 30 FPS via RTSS.
CPU usage of game process limited (-3%) via BES tool.

* My OC: @ 811 MHz CL5
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 120 GB (OS + Page)
HDD: Samsung F3 1 TB (Games)
PSU: Cooler Master B600 600W
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

  1. why its looks like locked in 29 fps even on loading screen? and so ican play it thanks 🙂

  2. Every frame requires informations from CPU about objects position, rotation, GPU driver instructions etc. More FPS requires more informations per second and affects on CPU usage and causes stuttering. That's why framerate is locked at 30.
