  1. Hi guys – had to re upload to check the temperatures on the system. The radiator has several fan settings (P,Q,S), and I wanted to ensure that the PC was 100% set up correctly. The video has been updated to reflect the max temps with the fans running in 'P' mode. Lower temps, but bloody loud! Apologies for the inconvenience – data accuracy always comes first.

  2. I love the calm shaking of the head when it bluescreens on you. I normally swear and stick two fingers up at the screen.

  3. I'd say the terrible temperatures have more to do with the cheap thermal interface material as you said and massive inefficiency (due to rushing Skylake–X since Ryzen is kicking Intel's *ss) rather than the limited airflow in the case.

  4. So from what I understand in this video, the performance of this CPU is amazing but if I decide to overclock it, the heat could shut down your PC, or it could actually cause damage to the CPU. This is the reason that I am going to stick with the Intel I7 7700K. If there is a CPU cooler comes out that can actually handle this CPU after overclocking, I will buy this CPU.

  5. I would never waste $1k on a 7900x + the mobo + Good cooling, its just not worth the money

  6. ANYONE BUILDING A I9 PC WITH THREADRIPPER AROUND THE CORNER IS A MORON

  7. This is a fabulous CPU… So why am I not buying it?
Intel, I will never buy another of you "glued" CPUs… Please build your CPUs properly.
I don't buy a Porsche with hubcaps, or an M5 with fake wood.
BUILD YOUR SHIT PROPERLY! There is no skimping on flagships, you idiots.
    Great review,
    Cheers.

Yes, I know I can buy a delidded CPU from "Cherry Pick" keeping a one-year guarantee, but it will cost me 35% more. Or I can delid a $1000 part losing all warantees… Nice work Intel, you are really stepping up to the plate… NOT!!!

  8. omfg no more depressing ass piece of shit intro, thank you so much dude, hopefully this helps the channel

  9. For Games, pls get a testbench and compare it to other cpus 🙂 save your results for more coming reviews in the future.

  10. still prefer x99, none of these x299 says they support thunderbolt

  11. Can you make a video for gamers that don't have thousands of pounds to spend on a pc. I myself am limited from £300-£400

  12. So, shall we wait for better motherboard or the new i9 production or custom watercooling is enough ?

  13. Have you actually got random gpus lying about or are those just boxes?

  14. Whats the safest max on the tempt you think this cpu can handle?

  15. Should a gaming computer really cost 1000$? Just wondering thx.

  16. Who cares for i9 7900X when you have a 200$ or more cheaper ThreadRipper that can do better.

  17. lets say I have 10,000 dollars to waste, I do want the best pc for gaming but don't want shit to bottleneck because its my first gaming pc, any help here? also I'm looking to play in 1080p, 1440p and 4K with 2 1080 ti's what processer should I get?

  18. Dude is it a joke that you overclock to get more performance !

  19. The best thing about this PC is you can say you have it. Srsly tho freaking i9 is crazy.

  20. Just wanted to put it out there that if you had overclocked to around 4.4Ghz using 1.125volts (or a tiny bit higher) you would have seen some decent increases in the results. I say this as someone that also ran into the throttling issue on a i9 7900x.
